Cartoon Network the home of Dragon Ball Z, Gundam and the anime filled
Toonami, has had its highest rating ever last week. It was enough
to tie with TBS SuperStation as the highest rated network among all
cable networks! Although no single program made it to the top ten,
CN's overall viewership made it number one. What does this mean to
anime fans? Well, the biggest thing to happen to CN so far was the
increase in anime in Toonami. That could mean that CN may increase
its anime content significantly (although they are already planning
on increasing it to a certain level).
