FUNimation Productions Ltd. announces the release of Blue
Gender to VHS and DVD October 16, 2001.
This hit anime sci-fi series was originally produced by
A.I.C., the Japanese production company which produced other
popular anime series such as Tenchi Muyo! TV, Bubble Gum
Crisis Tokyo 2040 and AH My Goddess.
FUNimation is excited to bring Blue Gender to the U.S.

Set in 2031 on the planet Earth, Blue Gender takes viewers
to a world where human beings are the prey for giant insects
